Levon Mitchell Jr.

Vice-Chairman

Pastor LeVon Mitchell, Jr. is the Senior Pastor and Founder of True Vision Apostolic Church. In 2022, he was elevated to District Elder in the Central California District Council (CCDC) of the 66th Episcopal District within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW), Inc. In 2025, he was further promoted to serve as Vice Chairman of the CCDC.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Pastor Mitchell is also a graduate of the AENON School of Theology, West Coast, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. For more than 33 years, he has served as an executive with the City of Los Angeles.

His ministry began under the late Bishop Howard A. Swancy, where he faithfully served as Youth Pastor for 10 years. For 35 years, he was a dedicated minister at Peace Apostolic Church. Pastor Mitchell is a devoted husband of more than two decades to First Lady Jacqueline Mitchell, a loving father to three children—Tatiana, Daniel, and Candace—and a proud grandfather of two.

As District Elder, Pastor Mitchell is committed to nurturing and preserving the culture of True Vision Apostolic Church by being an active, present leader within its growing community. He is a dynamic teacher who shares the Word of God with clarity, joy, and passion. Known as the lead worshiper and praise leader, he ministers with sincerity, love, and the spirit of Jesus Christ.

Above all, Pastor Mitchell serves as a strong shepherd and guide, playing a vital role in the spiritual life and growth of True Vision Apostolic Church.
